Next time someone says diversity is strength, tell them, “yeah, so are steroids!”
That’s what diversity programs run by human resources departments are. A fake, pumped up strength forced upon us workers by human resource departments that wish to mask the underlying weaknesses of their own medicine.
If diversity is strength, why is it when 90% of a workforce celebrates Christmas that we get holiday cards and seasons greetings fliers? Answer; diversity breeds fear within the same human resource lackeys that push the rest us to celebrate it.
If diversity is strength, why does it cost double in ink and paper to print shit in English and Spanish? Answer; diversity is worth any cost so we’re told!
There’s only so much manufactured strength a body can handle, and the American body is rejecting this medicine with the quickness. Sorry, fear and non-white racial solidarity are not American value traditional America wishes to embrace.
