The German woman that recently jumped into a polar bear enclosure and was bitten several times earned $1500 in carbon credits for her selfless act of saving the planet.
Polar bear bits are worth $500 each. If only she could have had a limb torn off (netting her a cool $20k for each limb), she could have really proved how environmentally aware she was.
She might need crutches to cash in her credits though.
