In any case, the military salute is an earned right and privilege that is executed in a learned, precise movement that culminates after weeks of training called, “Basic training,” or “Boot camp.”
I earned that right and it pisses me off to see Obama return a military salute without having gone through so much as a dry run on an infiltration course, or qualifying with an assigned weapon. He should be limited to a hand over heart gesture and not positioned to make any final decisions on military weapons or strategies.
This is but an intro to my discomfort for a president who I believe is destroying my country and who knows nothing about military courtesy or war time strategy.
For the past few weeks Obama has foolishly stalled on making a war time decision concerning Afghanistan while he arrogantly supposes himself with the notion that he, Mr. Axelrod, Joe Biden, N. Pelosi and a few has bin, retired, military nobodies, review better, optional strategies.
It just doesn’t make sense, especially noting that a few months ago Obama announced that he had hired General McCrystal with a winning strategy for the war in Afghanistan.
With this, General McCrystal evaluated the situation and requested additional troops necessary to defeat the enemy.
Suddenly, there is no strategy at all as Obama turns his back on McCrystal and stalls for even more time to continue talks with his aforementioned lackeys.
But now the reason for the stall is very clear, at least to me.
First, it’s factual that nothing is secret any more, even top secret documents have a way of being leaked to the news media and to the general public. So why would anyone think that the Nobel committee could keep a secret as to who the nominees for their peace prize are?
I’m sure an Obama worshiper leaked this information to another Obama worshiper, and in turn to Obama himself.
Ergo, the stall, because who would give a peace prize to a person who just sent 40 thousand men and women to war? You can bet that the decision to send troops will be made now that Nobel has published the winner.
