For decades, Democrats told people they look out for the safety of the common man.
For decades, Republicans told people they will reduce spending.
For decades, voters of both parties told 3rd party voters they were wasting their votes.
Yet, none of the above is true.
Democrats want to pass a massive overhaul of health care. They may just do so considering they control both houses and have a Democrat president in Obama. Yet, why not start with the smallest of things first?
Why is it that, say, sani-wipe products have labels that read, “98% other contents”? Why are lotions, sunscreens, and shampoos filled with dangerous products like parabeans? Democrats can’t even fix these small issues folks. There’s no damn way they are going to look out for the safety of the common man when the smallest of health concerns goes unnoticed.
Why is it that Republicans are too stupid to realize the first place to look to reduce government spending is with their own salaries? Think about it Michael Steele. If all Republicans vowed to give half of their salaries (salaries that they don’t even really need anyway) to charity starting tomorrow, they would have a trump card to neuter Democrats accusing them of being for the rich. After all, Democrats would be making double of what they would. But, will the Republicans do such a bold initiative? No they won’t.
And the faithful voters of each party will continue to argue with each other and marginalize those people that see the truth.
I see reality. Will you?
