Okay. I’m not sure why anybody would “celebrate” the collapse of our financial system unless they were very eager to take control of it.
Personally, I would have “mourned” the collapse.
You know who “mourns” these types of collapses Mr. Gibbs? Tea Party protesters that showed up in Washington this weekend, that’s who.
Isn’t it neat how the words people choose to use say a whole hell of a lot about their ideology?

Remember ” you never want to waste a crisis” imagined or otherwise. They’re looking at, and imagining ALL That MONEY in the Union Trust Funds et al.. [ALL OF THEM, EVERY LAST DIME] As a “defined” Union Health & Welfare Plan[s] are governed by Federal Statutes of [ERISA] The Employee Retirement Income Security Act. The US Department of Labor enforces the ERISA laws including any violations [corruption] that may have occured in violation of the plan and/or covered employees rights including real MOB corruption Italian style.
Imagine if Obamacare were to pass and shove all Union Members off of the Union” Muilti-Employer Plans onto the taxpayers, while controlling the DOL, DOJ, thus the FBI the IRS the Banks and every appointed US Attorney in every jurisdiction of a US District Federal Court. [Fitzgearld where are you!]
Never mind the Assistant US Attorneys, they do what their bosses tell them what to do or don’t do. Although these attorneys may get fired, will the ones with the real backbone please stand up? Its happened before hasn’t it! Politics, the art at creating or quashing corruption right before you’re eyes!
Now Imagine the billions and billions of dollars sitting collectively in all of those “Trust Funds”[Banks] with “Trustees” and “Plan Administrators” [as mandated by ERISA all passed by Congress] who’s “fiduciary duties” are to safeguard the monies of the “Plan Participants & Beneficiaries” including children. Oh Yeah?
Now imagine all of them slobbering in tandum with the politicians who are passing out paper towels and mops to confiscate, [TO STEAL THE MONEY] arguing these “Funds” are no longer needed or viable because everyone is now under Obamacare.
A little Union history;
Since the monatary contributions [premiums] are part of Union Contracts for the most part, [tax write-offs for the employers] including any and all Riders & Addendums to these Contracts, known as “White Paper Contracts”, where the terms of a Master Contract are changed [for the most part behind closed doors with the shady employers without the Members/Employees knowledge or ratification vote on these] as concession laded give-backs including but not limited to reductions in pension contributions or both [which are famous in the Teamsters Union], these contractual provisions would be unnecessary in any sense of collective barganning.
In other words is ERISA being repealed through Obamacare for the purpose of and as a set-up for seizing the money, the Members money? Wake up the rat is already in the woodshed, and your ERISA Funds are his lunch.
The smoke filled, backroom, hand shake dealings? Remember Obamacare will tax employer[s] plans, so now the multi-employers of these plans will shove all of their employees onto the taxpayers dole to evade these taxes, while no longer having to pay in to these multi-employer health & welfare plan[s] as the billions of dollars vanish into who’s pockets? It ain’t the Feds money they can’t take it or can they?
This will be the spin [cover-up] so their theft, raid, embezzelment will go unreported by the MSM. The employers will claim they no longer have to contribute to these plans either. MEMBERS BEWARE OF SMILING FACES OR THAT PAT ON THE BACK. IT’S YOUR MONEY AND ERISA COVERED HEALTH CARE THAT IS AT STAKE! You are on the cusp of being sold out! Talk about a scheme of Union Busting.
I thought La Cosa Nostra got prosecuted? In other words they THE GOVERNMENT prosecuted the “Heads Of The Five Families” for “Labor Racketeering” who had their hands in the ERISA treasuries of many Unions for more than 40 years, including the Teamsters. Why? So they wouldn’t have the competition now ? Or is it so they wouldn’t get “Wacked” for sticking their hands in the MOB’S cookie jar.
