in Government Bailouts

Dear Sean,

Don’t sound like an ass on the radio. Watch the video below and correct the record. Both parties are responsible for this mess:

Hannity tries to talk a good game. When it comes to walking the walk, he isn’t there. He’s more interested in ratings.
Look at the rallies in D.C. on illegal immigration where Terry A and many others attended, where was this guy??

Most guys like Hannity (even though I like him) are triangulators. As long as they can push “someone” further right of them, they can claim the middle ground of the right.

Just a reminder. Bush wasn’t any sort of “Dream Candidate” for the Republicans but rather the lesser of two evils. Al Gore is a stark raving lunatic and Kerry is a traitor that should have been court marshaled and hanged. Of course when it comes to loons, wackos and American-hating traitors the Left is over it. Obama takes the cake however.

Second, all these “goals” were well underway before Bush ever got into the picture. You have to figure that Bush was someone who at least tried to work with the Dems (foolish I know) and I’m sure his top congressional finance advisers (Most of whom were already on the Fannie/Freddie payroll) led him down this primrose path. I seriously doubt that in 2003 Bush had been given a clear picture of the full extent of the abuses that in a few short years would rock the financial stability of the world. That doesn’t absolve him as he should have known better but by this time he was already eyeball deep in this idiotic notion that he could democratize Islam in Iraq and wasn’t paying due diligence to what America’s enemies (the socialist left) was up to at the home front.

Let’s play the Devil’s Advocate and say Bush did know what the Dems and Freddy/Fannie were doing. Can you imagine the outrage, the wringing of hands and the gnashing of teeth from the Bushaphobic media and the socialist left if he tried to reign in these two benign and wonderful unselfish banking firms who were helping poor minorities own their own homes! If you want even the slightest glimpse simply Google “Freddie Mack Fannie Mae Democrats” and watch the videos of the democrats lashing out at anyone who dared question the Dems/Freddie/Fannie cabal. Then amplify that 100 fold and you get the picture.

And yes I do agree that both parties are to blame, but not equally. Freddie and Fannie already owned all the Democrats and they successfully targeted a select few Republicans in order to guarantee that any sort of regulations and oversight that Republicans were trying to get through would be stalled. No Democrat to my knowledge sided with the Republicans in 2004-2006 when they were exposing the accounting fiascos and trying to reign in Freddie Mack and Fannie Mae. (Again see videos)

Lastly, the comments on the Video were spot on! I was roflmao! Definitely a classic.

Just a reminder,

I’m so conservative, I left the Republican party and am now an unaffiliated voter. Both parties suck. Yes, the Democrats pushed the mortgage mess at 100mph, but Republicans controlled everything and were too pussy to take the heat and change things.

I’m done with both parties, but the point of my video was to highlight the right’s fault in this. The Dems were already put under the fire in another video. Hannity still fails to acknowledge Republican blame.

Thanks for the detailed comment. Keep that up.
