They are simply CLUELESS when it comes to foreign dignitaries! There is nothing refreshing in seeing the USA's representatives behave boorishly, foolishly, or incompetently. Referring to the entire UK as "England" was disrespectful and ignorant akin to referring to the USA as "the confederate states". It’s also obvious that when it matters to the Obama's they are quite willing to scrape and bow. Look at Mr. Obama's respectful kowtow to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia. Why couldn’t he have shown just a little of that same respect to the Queen of America's most important economic and military ally?
